In the beginning I had some difficulties in cultivating taste in its raw form, but my love for it grew after a while.

- Flaxseeds can be given to the dough to make rotis, biscuits, cakes, bread, pancakes, etc.
- You can use them to make muesli, add them to cereal, oatmeal, oatmeal, salads, soup and muesli.
- Mix in milkshakes, smoothies, sauces, meals, soups and stews.
- You can have them even with yogurt.
- 2 Tablespoons Of Flaxseeds
- 1 Cup Flavored Soya Milk
- 1 Cup Chopped Fresh Strawberries
- 1/2 Cup Chopped And Frozen Bananas
- 2 Teaspoon Honey
- 2 Strawberries And 2 Banana Slices
- Add the strawberries, bananas, flaxseed and honey into the soya milk, mix in a juicer until the mixture is smooth and soft.
- Pour equal amounts of dough into 2 separate glasses.
- Serve Garnish with a slice of strawberry and banana.
Raita of Flaxseed
- 1 Cup Of Pumpkin, Roughly Grated
- 1 Cup Of Quark Low-Fat Milk, Freshly Churned
- 1/2 Cup Of Mint, Finely Chopped (Pudina)
- 1/4 Teaspoon Caraway Roasted (Jeera)
- 1/4 Teaspoon Black Salt
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons Roasted And Ground Flaxseeds
- Salt To Taste
- Mix the protective flask, using a glass of water. Cover and cook over medium heat for 4 minutes.
- Mix all the ingredients, pumpkin, cooked in a deep bowl and mix well.
- Refrigerate at least for 1 hour.
