2 Tablespoons Of Flaxseeds
1 Cup Flavored Soya Milk
1 Cup Chopped Fresh Strawberries
1/2 Cup Chopped And Frozen Bananas
2 Teaspoon Honey
2 Strawberries And 2 Banana Slices
Add the strawberries, bananas, flaxseed and honey into the soya milk, mix in a juicer until the mixture is smooth and soft.
Pour equal amounts of dough into 2 separate glasses.
Serve Garnish with a slice of strawberry and banana.
Raita of FlaxseedIngredients:
1 Cup Of Pumpkin, Roughly Grated
1 Cup Of Quark Low-Fat Milk, Freshly Churned
1/2 Cup Of Mint, Finely Chopped (Pudina)
1/4 Teaspoon Caraway Roasted (Jeera)
1/4 Teaspoon Black Salt
1 1/2 Tablespoons Roasted And Ground Flaxseeds
Salt To Taste
Mix the protective flask, using a glass of water. Cover and cook over medium heat for 4 minutes.
Mix all the ingredients, pumpkin, cooked in a deep bowl and mix well.
